Not every laser suits every skin tone. That's why we use two.
The Lumenis LightSheer XC is a workhorse for dark hair, especially on larger areas like legs and backs. It covers ground quickly, so sessions stay short.
The Aerolase Neo Elite is safe for all skin tones, including deeper skin (Fitzpatrick types 4 to 6) that many clinics turn away or treat at low settings. It's also known for being far more comfortable than older lasers.
At your consultation, we'll look at your skin type and hair colour and tell you which one fits. You don't have to figure that out yourself.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Most clients need 6 to 8 sessions. Hair grows in cycles, and the laser only works on hair that's actively growing, so treatments are spaced out to catch each new wave. Face sessions are usually about 4 weeks apart. Body areas are usually 6 to 8 weeks apart.
Coarse hair on the legs or underarms often responds fastest. Hormonal areas like the chin can take a few extra visits. We'll give you a realistic plan at your first appointment, not a sales pitch.
Does Laser Hair Removal Hurt?
Less than you'd think. Most people compare it to a warm snap against the skin, and it's over quickly. The Aerolase in particular is known for being close to painless, with no numbing cream needed for most areas. What Does It Cost?

Before Your Appointment
Shave the area 4-5 days before. Don't wax, pluck or thread for 4 weeks beforehand, because the laser needs the root to be there. Skip tanning, including spray tans and self-tanner, for 2 weeks before. Come in with clean skin and no lotion or deodorant on the area. That's it.

It gives long-term hair reduction. Most clients lose the large majority of their hair in the treated area, and what grows back tends to be finer and lighter. Some people book a touch-up once or twice a year to keep things smooth.
