Membership Terms & Conditions
All memberships require a minimum of 3 months of subscription.
Monthly memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Monthly membership payments are non-refundable.
Skinsation Aesthetics Inc. reserves the right to change spa policies, regulations, services and pricing at any time at their sole discretion.
Skinsation Aesthetics Inc. reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time at their sole discretion.
Use of membership/service
On the billing date, providing the charge is successful, the member will have 1 (one) month to choose and book 1 (one) of the services provided in the subscribed membership. At the next billing date, once the next charge is successful, again, 1 (one) service will be available for the member to book.
If the member does not book their 1 (one) service available to them in their membership within 1 (one) month following the charge, it will reset to 0 (zero), and the following day, a new charge will incur followed by 1 (one) service available for booking.
The "booking date" of the service is NOT limited within the following month, and can be booked for any date in the future.
Suspending the membership
There may be times when a member will need to suspend his/her membership for a short period of time, due to circumstantial reasons. When a membership is suspended, the member is not authorized to use his/her membership services or benefits during the suspended period.
You must be a member for at least 90 days and have made at least 3 (three) month’s membership payment in order to be eligible to suspend your account. Memberships may be suspended once during your membership period, for a minimum of 30 (thirty) days and a maximum of 3 (three) months, depending on the circumstantial reason that will be determined by Skinsation Aesthetics Inc.
The member may designate a date to end their suspension period at any time. If no end date is given, the membership will be suspended for the full 3 (three) month suspension period. At the end of the membership suspension term, your dues will continue with your next scheduled electronic funds transfer date.
The terms and conditions will continue to apply through the extended membership term. To initiate a suspension, submit a written request to Skinsation Aesthetics Inc.
Termination
A 30 (thirty) day written notice before your next scheduled payment is required to cancel a monthly membership plan. No refunds will be issued after monthly membership due has been charged.
Auto-Renewal
Your membership will automatically be renewed 1 (one) month after your start date unless you submitted a written request to terminate your membership. During the renewal of your membership, your account will continually be charged the monthly membership fee.
